A sheltered spot Copyright Linda Miller |
I treated myself to a FABULOUS Linda Miller workshop yesterday, a day of sewing, fantastic! Linda generously shared lots of sewing secrets, showed us tons of her lovely work (see example above) and taught us many new embroidery techniques. I was reminded how much I love free machine embroidery, something I haven't done for ages and ages. We spent a day with Linda and we all pretty much completed a design so a very satisfying day all round! Thanks Linda for a fantastic day and for being a very patient teacher. My attempt, as you can see I need lots more practice. |

Oh that's brilliant, well done! Doesn't look to me like you need lots of practice. I'm so impressed. Glad you had a great time and look forward to seeing more of your creations in the future! x
Thanks for your kind words miss comfy but if you saw Linda's work and mine you'd see who the expert is. A great day though. Sx

Thanks Karine - honestly mine is very untidy compared to the master but I was pretty pleased that I managed to do it and I had such a good day.
