Snow in the park

So it was more "Snow in the Park" than "Vintage in the Park" but I managed to get there and folk came to see our stalls in snow boots and wrapped up for the arctic - IN MARCH - ONE WEEK TO EASTER! Anyway,  it was a nice day (a little quiet due to the weather) and I met some lovely people. Above are some pics of my stall and some of the little characters I made especially for the fair. Roll on Spring!

Vintage Fair

If you are in the Northampton area tomorrow and you fancy some Vintage in the Park, pop along and say hi-de-hi. The fair is taking place at the lovely Abington Park museum in Northampton between 11 - 3pm, it's a quid to get in. There will be 42 great stalls and I'll be selling my wares - some vintage and some hand-made and upcycled stuff. There will also be tea and cake available in the old style tea room. A surprisingly good night out

I went to a barn this evening. The barn was properly in the countryside with cows and tractors all around. Inside the the barn was a pop up Vintage and Handmade market and fashion show, decorated beautifully with bunting, caravans and other shabby chic stuff. I hadn't expected to be sitting in a barn (my friend just said she'd pick me up and that we were going to a charity doo) but the combination of a bit of retail, a good cause, a chance to natter and an enormous slab of homemade chocolate cake made me very happy :  )

Summer Fete

If any local folk fancy coming to see me at a Craft Fair this Saturday, 16th June, please pop along and say hi-de-hi. I'll be at York House Stony Stratford near Milton Keynes 10.30 - 4pm. I'll be selling some bits and bobs and there will be lots of other great stalls, some tea and cake and some fundraising too!

......... to all the folk who came and saw me on my stall on Saturday. The Antique and Vintage Fair was fabulous, I sold lots of work, met tons of lovely people and enjoyed a day surrounded by stalls full of beautiful things. Perfect!

Handmade and Vintage Fair

 

I will be selling my wares this weekend as I have a stall at a Handmade and Vintage Fair. If you are local to Milton Keynes, it's on Saturday 21st May at York House, Stony Stratford Nr Milton Keynes from

10am to 3pm. If you have time, pop along and say hi, there will be lots of lovely things to buy plus tea in china cups and yummy homemade cakes.

Vintage and Handmade Fair

I have a stall at the Vintage and Handmade fair on Saturday 11th Dec at The Madcap Theatre, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, 10-3pm. I will be selling my own items and some vintage stuff too.
