So, the kids break up today for the summer holidays. Every parent is an entertainer, industrial cleaner, referee, therapist, personal shopper, detective (I am really good at hunting down odd smells, missing loom bands and finding the hair gel thief), cook, event manager, nurse, health and safety officer and that's just to name a few of the roles we take on plus we have to work. Over the summer hols all the roles are required ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOR SEVEN WEEKS! Good luck to all the mums and dads out there covering the hollies. I do dread the juggle but we do manage to have fun (honest) plus no morning rush - yey!
