If you are up near Aylesbury in the next couple of weekends, the Bruce Monro Winter Light at Waddesdon Manor is well worth going to. The light sculptures are in the gardens of the Manor till the 1st Jan 2014. They are illuminated from 3pm so after you have visited the house you can explore the trail around the gardens as the light begins to fade. You can't really see the scale of the installations in these pics but they are BIG! Some sweep down lawns (the last pics show this) and other tower over you.
