It's grim outside so it's nice to get some colour chips out and spend some time pulling some colours together for new projects : )

With a Little Help from My Friends...

At the moment we are learning this song at Choir. We are doing the Joe Cocker version not the Beatles Ringo rendition. It sounds so great even if I say so myself. We have a concert coming up here if you are local and want to come along. Book your tickets soon though we ALWAYS sell out (family and friends mainly lol!). RIP Joe Cocker, I hope we sing a fitting tribute to you at our BIG gig...

Cinnamon Joe at the Craft and Hobby Mega show in Anaheim

 

 

The FABULOUS cinnamon Joe will be in Anaheim at the Craft and Hobby Mega show from the 10th - 13th of January ! They have over three hundred new prints in the collection so pop along and visit them at Booth 1662 in the British Pavilion. They are SUPER friendly and will give you a BIG welcome : )

Winter Light

Bruce Monro has another FABULOUS selection of light installations in the Waddesdon Manor gardens this Christmas called Winter Light. It was freezing cold but great to see more of Bruce's creations. Works include "Gathering of the clans" which has neon pegs on washing lines representing birds perching, the wonderful "Field of light" which is a flower garden of changing colours and a huge dome called "Beacon" made from plastic bottles. If you live nearby it finishes soon so try and get there if you can. The house is beautifully decorated too : )
